We may, however, be required at times, by law, to disclose a client’s personal information. For instance, we must disclose personal information to government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, or the Treasury Department in response to subpoenas. Again, we will disclose personal information to other third parties only at our clients’ direction.
